From LOTRO Lorebook

Quest: A Friend of the Wild

Category: Lore-master
Scope: unknown
Min Level: 24
Required Classes: Lore-master
'While you have come far as a Lore-master, (your name), and have surpassed the abilities of many, there are those of such ability that none shall ever surpass. They are the Wizards, who were aged and wise when they first came to this Middle-earth and whose knowledge has only grown since then. Their arts lie beyond most understanding, although some insight can be gained from them.

'For instance, it is said that one of the Wizards, Radagast the Brown, resides among the Eglain in their camp near the cursed swamp of Agamaur. He is a friend of the wild and all the creatures of nature speak to him. It might be possible to gain insight into this ability from him, if you but ask him.

'If you would gain such a boon, travel to the Eglain encampment, which lies in the Lone-lands, and speak to Radagast there.'
