Perks are buffs spent by Destiny Points from the Destiny Wallet. There are two perks that can only be bought in the ettenmoors if your side (freep/creepside) has the keep Tol Ascererin (TA). These perks increase defense against all mitigations and gives you an 5% increase on damages melee/ranged/tactical.
