Gukhmûl will attack in the center after the other five waves have been defeated. He throws out a "you are no affected by any player banners in this location" area debuff under a person periodically. He has a rage attack that only hits those who are currently being affected by a player banner (one of the banners that can be picked up off the box then "used" from the inventory to place them). The question of whether or not player-Captain banners will work to prevent his rage attack has not yet been tested.
