A Hobbit Kinship's primary requirement is that all member characters be Hobbits, without regard to any other requirements that would further define the Kinship Type.
A Hobbit Kinship may also fall into another category. For example, a Hobbit Kinship, which meets the definition, in all other respects, of a Crafting Kinship could and should be placed in both categories.
[edit] Note to Editors
Forming a Kinship under a Hobbit Kinship Charter does not necssarily make it a "Hobbit" Kinship. Kinship Charters, regardless of type, do not prevent Kinships formed under them from either creating or recruiting characters of other races.
Kinships that allow character races other than Hobbits within their ranks should not be listed in the Hobbit category.
