A PvMP Kinship's primary requirement is that all members participate in Monster Play, and develop their characters to their fullest potential, with PvMP in mind.

PvMP Kinship members, individually or as a group, may participate in Questing, Role Playing, Raids, and/or Crafting, but their primary focus will be on developing their Characters for PvMP, and they are generally not expected to meet any other game play requirements.

PvMP Kinships may place certain limitations on potential members, with regard to class or level, of either Player or Monster characters, during recruitment drives.

PvMP Kinships may also have certain membership restrictions with regard to age, or other considerations.

Kinships that simply promote and/or encourage PvMP, but do not require members to participate, should not be categorized as PvMP Kinships. Such Kinships should be placed in the PvMP Light category.
