Skill Level: Beginner
Minstrels are skilled at maintaining their companions' morale and stirring their hearts to perform greater feats of prowess. They ward against the forces of darkness and inspire their allies using their knowledge of ancient songs and lore.
Role: Healer
The Minstrel is the master of maintaining the survivability of the heroes of Middle-earth. Minstrels also are able to deal damage to their foes by using their damaging light-based attacks in the forms of songs of power.

Anthem of the Wizards	This skill calls upon song to blast your enemies with an area-of-effect of light that will slow the creatures who are hit by it, you have a short window after playing a tier 3 song to play one of these, and it will reset your ballad counter back to start.
Battle-hymn	Increased In-Combat Regen Effect when casting Anthem of Valar
Call of War	This trait raises the critical chances of all your damage dealing calls in Warspeech.
Enduring Morale	This trait raises your maximum morale.
Flow of Harmony	This trait decreases the power drain on active tales.

Focused Performance	Your inductions are harder to interrupt.
Graceful Demeanour	This adds an increased morale and power resurrection to the skills that bring you back from defeat.
Harmonious Melody	Gain a 5 second longer window of opportunity in which to perform tiered Ballads. This includes the healing and motivation buff duration. This trait has no effect on Song of Vigour or Song of Balance.
Herald's Hammer	Your Heralds Strike is more likely to crit.
Heralded Resolve	This trait enables the minstrel to heal himself a small amount when he uses his normal, non-noble cause Heralds Strike.
Heralded Saviour	Increase the Effectiveness of Song of Aid
Improved Cure Fear	This trait boosts the power of cure fear and in both power and number of effects it also reducing the cooldown by 15 seconds.
Improved Song of Soothing	Song of Soothing has a greatly reduced induction time.
Legendary Spirit	This legendary skills improves the Soliloquy of Spirit to perform greater heals.
Life-singer	Decreases the powercost for all morale increasing abilities.
Light in the Dark	Your Tier 1 and Tier 2 Ballads inflict more damage to your enemies.
Lyrics of Bravery	This trait raises your fear resistance.
Master of Tales	This skill instantly cures any fear effects you have, and also makes the entire fellowship immune to fear for a short period of time, as well as acting as a heal over time.
Power of Song	This trait raises your power pool.
Powerful Voice	Reduces the power cost of all cries.
Rally!	The ways of the elder age are not lost to all races yet, you may bring new inspiration to those whose morale has been entirely depleted, reviving a defeated target in combat.
Silver Tongue	Song Skills Recharge Faster
Smooth Voice	This skill transforms your Ballad of Vigour and Ballad of Balance to become slower songs, that no longer deal damage but act upon your fellowship for a longer duration.
Song of the Hopeful Heart	This song enables you to temporarily reduce the dread of an area for sixty seconds.
Strength of Voice	Increased Duration of Tier 3 Ballads
Subtle Movements	Reduced aggro on all special Minstrel abilities.
Tempo of Bravery	This trait raises your in-combat regen.
Unrelenting	When you land a Critical Hit with your Piercing Cry, your enemy is stunned. This trait also causes your Piercing Cry to recover faster.
