Minstrels are skilled at maintaining their companions' morale and stirring their hearts to perform greater feats of prowess. They ward against the forces of darkness and inspire their allies using their knowledge of ancient songs and lore.

The Minstrel is the master of maintaining the survivability of the heroes of Middle-earth. Minstrels also are able to deal damage to their foes by using their damaging light-based attacks in the forms of songs of power.

Life-singer	Decreases the powercost for all morale increasing abilities.
Light in the Dark	Your Tier 1 and Tier 2 Ballads inflict more damage to your enemies.
Powerful Voice	Reduces the power cost of all cries.
Rally!	The ways of the elder age are not lost to all races yet, you may bring new inspiration to those whose morale has been entirely depleted, reviving a defeated target in combat.
Silver Tongue	Song Skills Recharge Faster
Smooth Voice	This skill transforms your Ballad of Vigour and Ballad of Balance to become slower songs, that no longer deal damage but act upon your fellowship for a longer duration.
Song of the Hopeful Heart	This song enables you to temporarily reduce the dread of an area for sixty seconds.
Strength of Voice	Increased Duration of Tier 3 Ballads
Subtle Movements	Reduced aggro on all special Minstrel abilities.
Unrelenting	When you land a Critical Hit with your Piercing Cry, your enemy is stunned. This trait also causes your Piercing Cry to recover faster.
