Higher Fate means:
Higher Morale Regeneration, In-Combat (ICMR).
Higher Power Regeneration, In-Combat (ICPR).
More and larger Critical effects with Tactical abilities, such as spell-like abilities, healing, and non-direct damaging skills such as DOTs.
Note: Fate affects both the chance and magnitude of tactical critical effects.
