Player Entry
Drops from secondary chest beside Igash (Last Boss) in the The Grand Stair. This chest despawns if the Devoted is defeated either at its original location down the flight of stairs before Igash, or during the fight with Igash itself. The drop is not tied to the daily hard-mode challenge. It has chance to drop from that chest in both daily run and full run as long as the Devoted is not defeated. In other words, unless required for quest or deed, avoid killing the Devoted if you want a chance to get this item.
