Item Talk:Medallion of Passage
The description indicates that one of the Uruks guarding the sewer entrance will drop this trophy. However, trips into and through the sewer gate (between 1-12-12 and 1-16-12) in Carn Dum have resulted in no such drop. Is there more than one entrance into the sewers where one finds Helchgam, and if so, where are the two entrances?
- Items such as these do not drop from simple unnamed mobs, they drop from bosses. In this case it's Urro, an Uruk guarding the other ground-level entrance (it is short distance north from the first one). I think there are like four entrances into the part where Helchgam lives but only two have Uruks in front of them. --Reniannen 12:23, 19 January 2012 (UTC)
