About Baruk Khazad

Baruk Khazad is a small mixed-race kinship founded by Root, on the Elendilmir server. Baruk Khazad of Elendilmir is not affiliated with any of the many other excellent kinships using the same name on other servers.

About the Name

There are only 18 known dwarvish words, Baruk Khazad being two of them, derived from Gimli's battle cry. Baruk Khazad (the axes of the dwarves) is the rally cry of the downtrodden, the weak or small facing their enemy with no remorse in their heart, the cry of the victorious.

About the Kinship

Baruk Khazad is not a business, nor is it a soap opera. This kinship is not for people who are extreme role players, or extreme MMO players - it is for people who want to have fun, have ready access to good players to group with, and enjoy playing the game. If you have similar interests and enjoy playing the game because it's a game, and are interested in joining Baruk Khazad, ask any member you see for an invite.

Advertisements

You probably won't see standard "LF2M Fornost, PST" advertisements from Baruk Khazad members - no, we take advertising to a whole new level, calling forth steely eyed warriors to embark on the adventure of an afternoon, tuning in radio KDPS (Rocking the Fields of Fornost, All Damage, All The Time!) or looking for some hard, sword swingin' mothertankers to work over Mr. Wight here with a pair of daggers and a torch (You hear me Mr. Soon-to-be-deader Wight, we're gonna get Middle Earth on you naw). Do we need to be so over the top? Do we need to make you laugh to get your attention? Do we like to ask rhetorical questions? Well... Do we?
