General Info
Insurrection, founded on May 5, 2007, is a lifespan rank 10 kinship on the Arkenstone server. Our focus is on high-level content with an emphasis on raiding, but many of our members also participate in PvMP. Insurrection has a rich history that accentuates its mastery of PvE content in a mature, drama-free environment.

Content
Insurrection has conquered all the Shadows of Angmar, Mines of Moria, and Siege of Mirkwood instance content. Fellowships running through the various 3-man and 6-man instances are not uncommon. Many members of Insurrection have full sets of raid armour courtesy of our regular raiding of Orthanc and the employment of our DKP system.
- Even though we eschew fixed raid groups (priority is given to those who sign up for events first), we often conquer new content very soon after its release. For this reason, our accomplishments are a testament to the cohesiveness and flexibility of the kinship as a whole; they are accomplishments for which everyone can be proud. The dates of some of our first victories over raid bosses are given below.

Kinship House
We have a kinship house in the Thorin's Gate homesteads at 5 Roaring Road in the Frithdal instance. Drop on by and check out our Unwelcome Mat, Thaurlach's Blade, Thorog's Skull, and Ominous Pool yard trophies as well as the many trophies inside.
Also, we have a keg full of volatile spirits that when drunk, you may find yourself in a place you never would have expected. That's what you get for a long night of partying at the Insurrection Kin House!
Recruitment
Recruitment is highly selective, and attitude, even more than skill level, is the most important quality we look for -- we can teach raiding mastery, but we can't teach a positive, mature attitude. Characters at level 75 and players over age 18 are strongly preferred. Our website will have an updated status of class recruitment priorities. However, please feel free to apply even if your class is closed to recruitment.
