While our charter focuses on completing difficult PvE content, many of our members are highly ranked on both sides of PvMP.

About Kinship

Vice was formed in November of 2008 with release of MoM.

Charter

Vice exists to be challenged by and complete end-game content. To achieve that goal, we want to recruit and maintain motivated and committed kinship members. We want our members to improve themselves each month and, thus, strengthening the kinship as a whole. Vice strives to be relevant and competent in completing the hardest end-game content Turbine has to offer in short notice. To that end, Vice members are asked to commit to a regular raiding schedule, and actively participate in instance runs. Vice leadership is committed to provide fair and, at the same time, decisive guidance and positive environment for the membership. To progress as a group, there is a constant need for material participation. This means members are expected to strive to better their gear, better their stats and their understanding of the class and game challenges we are seeking to overcome. Vice is working towards these goals, and hope you will join us.

Recruitment

Recruiting is open, take a look at our website. Rough guidelines for what classes we are looking for are outlined but may be waived for exceptionally promising candidates of any class.

Requirements:

We are on Server: Elendilmir

Main Character:

• Level 60
  
• Experience in six-man MoM instances
  
• Flexibility with virtues and class traits
  

Raid:

• Ventrilo: you are expected to listen to raid leader, microphone is recommended
  
• Rank 10 virtue in whatever virtues required by raid leader
  
• Minimum 75% attendance. Currently, this means 3 out of 4 raids per month. (one a week because of VM locks)
  
• Willing to provide your spot on a fellowship/raid due to class makeup for particular bosses
  
• We expect you to give us at least a 24 hour notice if you will not be able to attend a scheduled raid

Application Process

First, take a look at our guiding principles. Second, register on our forum and post your application in the Applications to Vice forum. There you will find the application questions.

We will welcome you on several instance runs where you can experience our fast-paced play style. After answering any questions you may have, if we find each other to be a mutual good fit, then you will join our ranks as a Recruit. The recruitment stage is about two weeks. If you have good attendance to our raids and have been generally helpful in instances during the trial period, you will be promoted to full member.
