50 Elite Master (Melee)In ages past, Morgoth captured and bred many innocent creatures, twisting their natures to the purpose of striking fear into the hearts of his foes. Among these were the merrevail, fearsome beings that appear half woman and half bat. Whatever semblance of humanity these creatures may once have had is lost forever, and they have become almost completely bestial. It is rumored they may yet possess some of the sorcerous abilities taught them by the Enemy.
Among these vile creatures is Bolgrukh, one of three merrevail who watch over the passes leading to Carn D�m. Adventurers aiding the Rangers of Gath Forthnir would do well to be alert for signs of Bolgrukh and her minions on the way into Carn D�m.
Bolgrukh and the merrevail were created by Turbine for The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar , extrapolating from references in J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings to unnamed creatures which served the Enemy.
