NPC: Badennas

As new housing settlements spring up around the communities of Eriador, agents are needed to make potential residents aware of these new neighborhoods. One such advocate is Badennas, an Elf who dwells in the community of Duillond in Ered Luin.
Badennas has delayed her departure from Middle-earth twice out of love for the lands she calls home. She has taken on many responsibilities for the good of her neighbors, including the procurement of materials needed to build more housing.
Badennas was created by the developers of The Lord of the Rings Online�: Shadows of Angmar� to bestow quests for the housing system. Players interested in purchasing a house in the Duillond community will want to speak with her!
