Orchalwë (Race of Man)'The Angmarim are cruel beyond measure, (your name), drowning the prisoners they have taken off the docks of the Port of Annúminas. They take pleasure in the suffering of their victims and must be stopped! We must put an end to these barbaric acts!

Prisoners are being drowned by Angmarim torturers off the docks of the Port of Annúminas, on the lowest level of the city, by the water.
