Aggy Digweed (NPC)'The more I think of it, the more convinced I am that this Lugbas the half-orcs spoke of is behind the Black-fire. He's probably a half-orc himself and leads the ones you slew before.
'If we are truly to end the threat of the Black-fire, we must end this Lugbas! But finding him might be a challenge...ah! My old hiding spot! You see, far in the south-east of the Nan Wathren, on the highest slopes, there's a nook where no one could ever find me when I hid there.
'I'll wager he's hiding there! Go there and, if you find him, slay him!'
