Erchiel is at the Eavespires on the north-west shore of Lake Evendim.

• Talk to Erchiel 
The quest guide and map marker send you to approx. 4.2S, 69.8W, which is useless because there are only a few Tribesman and Gorge-Stalkers and no Soothsayers. It is better to simply clear out the Gauradan on the way to Dol HaedÃr.

I killed all the Gorge Stalkers and Tribesman near the wood bridge to the south.
