Red lilies can be found in the forested area south of the Yellow Tree, well to the south of Lily Underhill's house.

After beginning the quest by speaking with Gammy Boggs (31.0S, 48.2W), head due east to 31.0S, 47.8W and talk to Lily Underhill, who will tell you to collect some lilies for her. Head south to the area surrounding the Yellow Tree (32.7S, 48.0W). The red lilies can be found in the areas directly surrounding the Yellow Tree. Return to Lily Underhill to deliver the flowers. Then return to Gammy Boggs to complete the quest.
