Description: Hillmen from Angmar followed the Orc army through Ram Dúath into the North Downs and established an encampment near the head of the pass. These Hillmen serve to keep open the passage from Angmar.

'One of our scouts believes he has discovered the leader of the Hillmen. I must caution you now: she is powerful, more so than you or I alone, and you should take care to gather allies to assist you against her.
'At the heart of the camp, sheltered by the walls of Ram Dûath there is a command tent. Oathsworn guards watch over their leader, a powerful witch of the north known only as the Plague-bearer. If unchecked, she will spread her plague into the North Downs, so again I turn to you. 'Make your way to her tent within the shadow of Ram Dûath and put an end to her. Use caution, $PLAYER$, and seek aid, or you shall surely fail.'
