With their efforts to conquer Moria a complete failure, the White Hand is now attempting to ally with the Orcs of Moria.

'The great battle lies before us, I fear. I believe we stand on the verge of a great moment in history, and if we proceed with caution, we may end up the victors without anyone knowing we were even in the battle.

'The White Hand has returned to Moria, but this time with a message of peace, attempting to form an alliance with the Orcs of Moria. This cannot be allowed to proceed unchecked.

'The ambassadors of Saruman can be found within Skrithûrz-ulíma, a Moria Orc-encampment to the north-west. Deal with the ambassadors, then return to me...there is much more to discuss.'
Objectives

The White Hand ambassadors can be found within Skrithûrz-ulíma, a Moria Orc-encampment north-west of the Orc-watch.

Isólf told you the ambassadors of the White Hand must be defeated to prevent an alliance between Moria and Isengard.

Objective 2:
Isólf is at the Orc-watch, south-east of Skrithûrz-ulíma.

Isólf will be pleased to hear that any alliance between Mordor and Isengard has been thwarted.
