'Reassembling it should be no more than a matter of applying a little of this mortar I had a stone-carver friend make me and putting the pieces back on quickly before it dries! Luckily for us, neither time nor water have smoothed the pieces' edges; the sheer force required to shear them off the statue has ensured crisp, sharp breaks, so it should not be harder than a simple puzzle! 'The statue-base is there in the centre of the court.'
