Description
An Uruk in the service of the White Hand has appeared in the goblin-camp at Gazatmur. Clearly, he plans to subdue the goblins to his will and drive them against the Dwarves of Dolven-view in great numbers.

'It seems there is one last source of leadership in the goblin-camp below, and it is unexpected. An Uruk of the White Hand has been seen leading the goblins of late, and while he is a stranger among them, they fear his power greatly, and it will not be long before they are cowed to his will, for there is nothing a goblin respects more than brute strength.

'All of our efforts will be for naught if he can bend the goblins to the service of the White Hand and drive them against us. You must find this Uruk and defeat him before that happens!

'Be careful, (your name), for this creature is sure to be a skilled foe.'
Objectives
Objective 1:
The White-Hand Lieutenant can be found in Gazatmur, north-east of the Dolven-view.
• Defeat the White Hand Lieutenant (White Hand Lieutenant)
Objective 2:
Slagvi is at the Dolven-view camp overlooking the Great Delving, south-west of the goblin-camp.

You should return to Slagvi and inform him that the White Hand Lieutenant has fallen.
• Talk to Slagvi at the Dolven-view encampment. (Slagvi)
