The Malbrethil-saplings can be found around Cerin Brethil in Taur Hith, to the north-east of Cerin Amroth.

Mallendathor has asked you to gather Malbrethil-seeds from in the area of Taur Hith, to the north-east of Cerin Amroth. The seeds are difficult to find, but are frequently collected by the hungry shrews that scamper about the forest there.
