His name is Pada, and he has traveled to a very dark place to bring hope and heart to some foolhardy dwarves who wish to reclaim their forsaken kingdom.

'I heard that Pada traveled deep within Moria, into a Foundations of Stone, and stands there to bring light to the darkness that would make lesser folk cower and quail.

'I know a great hope-bringer when I see one, and Pada is just such a one...and so are you, for that matter. If you are willing to travel to dark places, seek out the Minstrel in the Foundations of Stone. He will be more helpful than I.'
