Description
Glorfindel does not know where lies Celebrían's legacy for Arwen, but he has given you some advice which may help you to find it.

'I said that I do not know where lies the vault containing Celebrían's legacy, but it may be that I can help you to gain entrance when it is found.

'The riddle itself may be the key to the vault. If in your travels near Imladris you find a sealed vault, those words may offer you passage within. There should be a rock in front of the entrance. Place your hand on the rock and recite the verse.

'I would be surprised if the jewel is in the vale of Imladris itself as these carefully tended gardens and groves are too often frequented by the Elves for a vault to be easily hidden. I have no doubt it is close by, somewhere in the Trollshaws not far from Imladris.'
Objectives
Objective 1:
The lost Elf-vault is somewhere in the Trollshaws in the vicinity of Rivendell. Once the legacy is found, return to Glorfindel outside the house of Elrond, by the waterfall.

Glorfindel advised you to place a hand on a rock by the entrance of the Elf-vault and to recite the verses of the riddle. Celebrían's legacy for Arwen, a white jewel, should be somewhere in the vault. If you find the jewel, return to Glorfindel with your prize.

Objective 2:
Elrond is in the library of Rivendell.

Glorfindel asked you to bring Arwen's legacy to Elrond.

SPOILER: You'll find Arwen's Legacy in a cave southeast of Rivendell. Follow the zig-zag path and hang on to the wall to the left. There will be a large rock which you need to click to open the cave. The cave will be soloable but it's better to take fellows.

  2. The Work-Gloves
  3. Back to Bilbo Baggins (NPC), to get quest The Riddle-Maker
  4. The Broom
  5. Questgiver for The Riddle-Finder: Lindir (NPC)
  6. The badge (Talk to Boromir (NPC))
  7. Talk to Bilbo Baggins (NPC) to get Quest: The Riddle-Seeker -> After that talk to Elrond (NPC) in Library
  8. Talk to Glorfindel (NPC) to get the Quest: The Riddle-Master
  9. Goto Vault of Arwen's Legacy and get Arwen's Legacy
  10. Give Arwen's Legacy to Glorfindel (NPC)
  11. Give Arwen's Legacy to Elrond (NPC)
