If you're following the path through Eregion along the questline this will likely be the first quest to reward Legendary Item Experience (although it's not mentioned here). You may want to postpone completing this quest until you have accepted the quest called Worth Beyond Measure (Vol II. Book 1, Chapter 11) so as not to waste that IXP (the next quests in this arc will also reward IXP). The Volume II quest arc starts a little east from Echad Dúnann and reaching the 11th chapter does not take long.
