Quest Arc: Traders from Bree
It's not entirely accurate to say these quests follow a linear progression. Rather, there are two effectively separate quest arcs - Candac's Delay & Candac's Obligation, and Thistlewool's Sullied Name & Falster's Request. You can pick up both Candac's Delay & Thistlewool's Sullied Name in Bree, then head out to the Lone Lands to turn both of these quests in at the Forsaken Inn. Both Candac's Obligation and Falster's Request can be done concurrently in the western portion of the ruins of Minas Eriol.
