Quest Talk:A Friend of the Wild
Though it is noted already it is easy to miss there are changes to this quest.
You must have completed 1.2.15 to get this quest. It is NOT level based any more and does not require you to talk to trainer NPC that I can see. ( I did not anyway ). R. the Brown is in the GA tower. If you cannot talk to him there you have not completed the pre-requisite quests. Quests got a little scrabbled during reset of LL so this may be a bit different for a new LM. I was part way through 1.2 when it was reset.
