Peg Pruner can be a bit hard to find - she is at the northern end of Archet and you may not notice her at first. She sits behind a cluttered table up by the Jail were her husband is the Jailor (he has a quest for you as well!).
The boars are mostly found to the east near the hunting lodge. You have to return to Peg to finish this quest, so its best to combine this quest with a couple others so you don't waste a trip in and out of town.
