From LOTRO Lorebook
The Lord of the Rings Online is periodically updated with new content and fixes. Major content releases currently happen approximately every other month, with one or two bug fix and balancing releases between them. The Lorebook is updated less regularly (though not necessarily less frequently), and usually without notes for anything besides major feature additions.
