Skirmish camps provide means to train soldiers and barter skirmish marks for various rewards (crafting materials, armor, weapons, cosmetics etc.). The camps are located near a major hub in each region - with the exception of Ettenmoors, Eregion, Misty Mountains and Mirkwood. Each skirmish camp is the same in terms of NPCs and items that they provide.
