Mathom Society Steed - Released 12-3-2010
A vividly marked black and white pinto steed adorned with a green and gold-trimmed saddle pad and a saddle bearing the mark of the Mathom Society. This steed has 150 health and allows the character purchasing it to travel 162% faster than running on foot.
Launch Day Releases - 11-29-2010
Quest Packs
The quest packs within the Mines of Moria and Mirkwood expansion packs are now available individually for your convenience.
Moria
The Moria quest pack provides players with over 350 quests designed to support player levels 51-60. The quest pack also includes seven full fellowship instances and two 12-person raids!
Lothlórien
The Lothlórien quest pack provides players with over 100 quests designed to support level 60 players. The quest pack also includes two 3-person instances and one 12-person raid!
Mirkwood
The Mirkwood quest pack provides players with over 150 quests designed to support player levels 61-65. The quest pack also includes three 3-person instances and one 12-person raid!
Character Rename
Rename a character on your account.
Auctioneer’s Horn
When used at a Campsite, summons an auctioneer, allowing you to post and bid on items.
Tomes of Experience
Tome of Enduring Experience: Lesser
Provides a bonus to experience received from killing monsters of 10% for characters and 5% for Legendary Items. Lasts 3 hours.
Tome of Enduring Experience: Minor
Provides a bonus to experience received from killing monsters of 10% for characters and 5% for Legendary Items. Lasts 6 hours.
Tome of Enduring Experience: Moderate
Provides a bonus to experience received from killing monsters of 20% for characters and 5% for Legendary Items. Lasts 3 hours.
Tome of Enduring Experience: Major
Provides a bonus to experience received from killing monsters of 20% for characters and 5% for Legendary Items. Lasts 6 hours.
Tome of Lasting Experience: Lesser
Provides a bonus to experience received from killing monsters of 25% for characters and 10% for Legendary Items. Lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Legendary Item Services
Access Legendary Item actions from your inventory. Services included: Identify Legendary Items, Reforge Legendary Items, Relic Forging, and Deconstruct Legendary Items. This item will begin to decay upon purchase and can expire out of game. Various services available for 1-3 hours.
Booster Packs
These item-bundles are available in 10, 20, or 25-Packs, meaning they give 10, 20, or 25 of each item in the Pack.
Advancement Boost (Level 10)
Contains Tomes of Burst of Experience and Tomes of Lesser Deed Acceleration.
Advancement Boost (Level 65)
Contains Tomes of Continuing Legendary Experience and Tomes of Greater Deed Acceleration.
Encounter Boost (Level 10)
Contains Tomes of Initiate Offence, Tomes of Initiate Vigour, Tomes of Initiate Resolve, and Tomes of Burst of Hope.
Encounter Boost (Level 65)
Contains Tomes of Veteran Offence, Tomes of Veteran Vigour, Tomes of Veteran Resolve, and Tomes of Continuing Hope.
Skirmish Boost (Level 65)
Contains Tomes of Heroism and Tomes of Continuing Skirmish Marks.
Adventuring Boost (Level 10)
Contains Minor Draughts of Morale, Minor Draughts of Power, and Hearty Breakfasts.
Adventuring Boost (Level 65)
Contains Superior Draughts of Morale, Superior Draughts of Power, and Fantastic Feasts.
Curative Boost (Level 10)
Contains Minor Poison Remedies, Minor Disease Remedies, Minor Wound Remedies, and Minor Fear Remedies.
Curative Boost (Level 65)
Contains Superior Poison Remedies, Superior Disease Remedies, Superior Wound Remedies, and Superior Fear Remedies.
Potion of Restoration
Instantly cure wounds, disease, poison, and fear of your character’s level or less. Out of combat use only.
Skirmish Features
Skirmish Trait Max Rank: 15
Raise the rank cap on your Skirmish soldier and Skirmish traits from 7 to 15, allowing you to further train your soldier and increase its effectiveness in Skirmishes.
Skirmish Trait Max Rank: 25
Raise the rank cap on your Skirmish soldier and Skirmish traits from 15 to 25, allowing you to further train your soldier and increase its effectiveness in Skirmishes.
Reconnaissance Report
Reduces the cooldown of the Direct Soldier skill by 25% for 15 minutes. Usable only in Skirmishes.
Bandages
Removes and prevents injuries (debuffs) caused by falling. Does not protect against damage or defeat caused by falling.
Writ of Special Passage: 1, 7, and 30 Day
Use stables to travel to any previously discovered connected location without paying in-game coin.
Map to Annúminas Ranger Camp
Instantly transports you to the Annúminas Ranger Camp, located in Evendim.
Task Features
Reset Task Count
Returns your daily Task count to 0, allowing you to complete your full daily complement of Tasks again. You can use up to five resets every day.
Increase Task Limit +1
Permanently increase the number of Tasks you can complete in any given day by one. Caps out at a maximum of 10 Tasks daily.
Crafting
Scroll of Lesser Craft Acceleration
Provides a 25% bonus to experience earned from crafting. Lasts 10 minutes.
Apprentice Ingredient Pack
Apprentice Ingredient Packs can be used in place of traditional ingredients. These can only be used on recipes in the Apprentice crafting tier. NOTE – Items crafted with Ingredient Packs are bound to account and cannot be traded to other players.
Journeyman Ingredient Pack
Journeyman Ingredient Packs can be used in place of traditional ingredients. These can only be used on recipes in the Journeyman crafting tier. NOTE – Items crafted with Ingredient Packs are bound to account and cannot be traded to other players.
Expert Ingredient Pack
Expert Ingredient Packs can be used in place of traditional ingredients. These can only be used on recipes in the Expert crafting tier. NOTE – Items crafted with Ingredient Packs are bound to account and cannot be traded to other players.
Artisan Ingredient Pack
Artisan Ingredient Packs can be used in place of traditional ingredients. These can only be used on recipes in the Artisan crafting tier. NOTE – Items crafted with Ingredient Packs are bound to account and cannot be traded to other players.
Master Ingredient Pack
Master Ingredient Packs can be used in place of traditional ingredients. These can only be used on recipes in the Master crafting tier. NOTE – Items crafted with Ingredient Packs are bound to account and cannot be traded to other players.
Supreme Ingredient Pack

Burglar
Throwing Hatchet
Has a 40 meter range and a 40% chance to critically hit, opening your enemy up to additional attacks.
Serrated Knife
Removes a corruption (monster buff) from a target currently under the effect of a Burglar trick.
Captain
Battle Tonic
Puts the Captain in a Battle-readied state and reduces the power cost of their skills for 10 seconds.
Blazoned Crest of Hope
Grants the herald additional Maximum Power and improves their healing for 10 minutes.
Blazoned Crest of Victory
Grants the herald additional Maximum Morale and improves their threat generation for 10 minutes.
Blazoned Crest of War
Grants the herald additional Maximum Morale and Melee Offence Rating for 10 minutes.
Blazoned Crest of Focus
Grants the herald bonus Ranged Offence Rating and Ranged Critical Rating for 10 minutes.
Lore-master
Bag of Crumbs
Gives your Avian-friend a bonus to Fire Defence, Shadow Defence, Melee Offence Rating, and Evade Rating for 10 minutes.
Cut of Meat
Gives your Feline-friend a bonus to Fire Defence, Frost Defence, Melee Critical Rating, and Melee Defence Rating for 10 minutes.
Bowl of Spring Water
Gives your Bog-Guardian +1381 Fire Defence, +375 Acid Defence, +480 Ranged Offence Rating, and +394 Maximum Power for 10 minutes.

Removes the power cost of Quick Thrust, Shield-Bash, and Warden’s Taunt skills, and grants a 10% damage bonus to Fist Gambits for 10-15 seconds.
Soothing Hymn
Removes the power cost of Quick Thrust, Shield-Bash, and Warden’s Taunt skills, and grants a 5% healing bonus to Shield Gambits for 10-15 seconds.
Rune-Keeper
Dagor Infused Parchment
Removes the attunement requirement for Scathing Mockery, allowing for its use while attuned for healing, and grants better resistance penetration for 10 seconds.
Nestad Infused Parchment
Removes the attunement required for Epic for the Ages, allowing for its use while attuned for battle, and grants better Outgoing Healing Rating for 10 seconds.
Sturdy Sage’s Chisel
Gives -795 Penetrate Target Resistance and +1250 Tactical Offence Rating.
Sturdy Chisel of Fire
Reduces Fiery Ridicule induction knockback and gives a bonus Tactical Offence Rating
Sturdy Chisel of Lightning
Gain Charged buff (bonus Tactical Critical Damage and next usage of Sustained Bolt is free) at least once every 25 seconds and receive bonus Tactical Offence Rating.
Sturdy Riffler
Reduces Threat gained from healing by -7%, and gives a bonus to Outgoing Healing Rating.
Sturdy Riffler of Hope
Enhances Prelude to Hope (+1 Healing Pulse) and gives a bonus to Outgoing Healing Rating.
Sturdy Riffler of Writs
Reduces the Master of Writs power penalty by 30% and gives a bonus to Outgoing Healing Rating.
Minstrel
Sheet Music
Makes the next skill immune to induction knockback and reduces power costs for 10 seconds.
Guardian
Overpower Tactics
When used, Guardians gain Melee Critical Rating and 5% power cost reduction on their skills while in Overpower Stance for 30 seconds.
Tome of Tracking
Tracks the following within a large area: Beasts, Insects, Dragon-kind, Orc-kind, Giants, Unseen, Dead, Ancient Evil, Dwarf, and Humans.
