Quest level information in guide is incorrect
The Raindis quest is Level 6. The other quests in Celondim, the Shire, Gondamon and Combe are Level 10. The remaining quests in Bree and the road to the Forsaken Inn are Level 15.
You can also do the "talk to so-and-so at the crafting area" crafting information quest in each of the starting areas (Thorin's Hall, Celondim, MD and Combe).
If you are looking for easy XP, there are also several housing-related quests at (I believe) Level 8 and Level 15.
While I believe you are technically correct regarding quest level, we should make sure new players aren't confused. Some may not realize that, just because a quest is tagged as level 15, you don't have to wait until level 15 to do it. I've been able to complete all the quests listed before level 10. In fact, I did so (again) last night (Dec. 10, 2008) on a new alt. Granted, I was level 6 when I started them (fresh out of the Introduction area). Doing all the quests got me to level 10 in about an hour. I had the advantage of having prepared the items in advance and leaving them in my housing chest for my alt to pick up. But the poster is correct. If you're brand new, you can craft all the items yourself (often using rewards from some of the other listed quests) and just jumping from Vocation to Vocation. It takes a little longer, but it's doable.
