Is there any chance to get Hunter's Bow Chants fixed? They read the same stats for all the tiers of chants, especially the breech-finder type, reguardless of level.

Why would you change the basic way a Champion is supposed to function by penalizing Fervour? We already can't block/parry/evade, that isn't bad enough? Combine that with Controlled Burn being time-limited and our effectiveness in a boss fight is ruined. Please reconsider making such an unnecessary change; after a year and a half why is this being made now?

The Champion’s skill Fervour will now have a -30% penalty to incoming healing and you mess with CB!!!!???

I see that the Creeps get another update to skills and bonuses again.

What ....nothing for Freeps?

No fix to the anti-exploit problem???

Come on guys.Fix the problems that really matter and stop the unnecessary nerfing of Chars.

Legenday Point Refunds For Champs and/or Other Classes

Quote from patch notes: Minstrels and Wardens will have all points spent on their legendary items refunded in response to changes made to their legacies so they can re-spend them accordingly.

It is not fair that Wardens and Minstrels are having thier points refunded and Champs are not. Perhaps it would be apropiate to refund all classes, due to the changes that are taking place, I can only speak for my class and my weapons, But given the new changes, I would definately reconsider some of my legacy points spent on my weapons. Clearly the champ "fervour" legacy and other Damage bonus legacies need to be rethought. It may be better to have a stronger "glory" damage increase than "fervour" because of the class changes that are being made.

I'm not asking for a whirlwind debate on what good legacies are or are not, please refrain from posting your thoughts on the actual legacies.. I am simply asking that if they are going to change some of our skills, then they need to let us re-adjust some of our legacy points, if we feel the need.

Champs are taking a serious hit here guys, in the name of rebalancing. Fine I accept that. But if you are going to refund points for Min's and Wards, Be fair and throw us poor champs a bone.

All other classes can speak to how they might want to rethink thier Legacies. But I am speaking for the Champ, Let us rethink our points on legacies if we feel the need. Please

Filikul

If you are going to destroy a strategy, destroy the one where people are using just a LM's bear to 2 man + the turtle. It's way too easy and it's causing the value of first aged items to drop significantly. the shield wall strat is also a way of exploiting the turtle but the enrage strategy is certainly not. enraging the turtle causes issues for the minnies and a loss of control of the fight, which is a risk that reaps a high reward if the minnies can keep the group healed and the dps classes can survive throughout.

16th Hall

People are very disappointed with the difficulty of this quest but people are also disappointed in losing this challenge. perhaps if there was a way to create a key system like skumfil so groups with the key can go straight to the lost one; therefore, the difficulty of the fight can still be a fun challenge without a huge risk of wasting 1-2 hours just to get there and have a bug die. Being able to skip past the 2 hour trip to the lost one will allow players to still have the opportunity to learn to strategize better and work as a team, which appears to be one of lotro's main concerns. I've seen too many groups never get the chance to work together because they cannot last more than 3 seconds in this fight.

Champ Changes

I know champs have been a strong topic of conversation and debate with the book 8 changes. I only have this to say; To change fervour to -30% incoming healing, i can take that, or the changes to CB lasting only 2 1/2 minutes, i can take that too.. But to have to take BOTH?? How are we supposed to do any damage and stay alive at the same time? Why don't you stop hunters from using bow's and guards using shields while your at it? 1 or the other please, there won't be a champ left in the game after these changes..

A Hunter Tweak

Might we PvP Hunters get a tweak to our Heartseeker? That huge yellow marker of death really scares those poor creeps away. Blackarrows get to do Vital Target with a 1.4 induction and about the same damage with a dot. Rune-Keepers zap 7k out of their opponent's morale. Can Hunters AT LEAST not have their target run away when we use our Heartseeker? I think this minor change would not upset the balance at all as it doesn't add power nor defense, yet subtlety. =)

Laaame

So Champions get punished for doing what they do best, and yet you remove the -30% in PvMP, so you must realize how stupid this change is. How about you just remove fervour completely instead of neutering it? That would make more sense since I guess you don't like people playing champs how they are supposed to be played. It's bad enough already not being able to parry, block, or evade, or did you forget about that? Why is it I decide to come back to these games right when they decide to make all these unnecessary changes?
