Usage

Creates the 'Community created guide' header (the one you see above)
Required parameters:
- user - the name of the user, shouldn't be hard to find
Optional parameters
- color - any color you want the background to be, can be either a word (simply blue, yellow etc.) or a hexadecimal value (e.g. #003 or #aacd23), the default value is darkred as seen above
