To start building reputation with The Ale Association you have to go to the Thorin's Hall Inn.

Talk to Jónar to receive the"Tainted Mug" quest and talk to Andri to receive "The Ale Association Challenge: Initiation" quest.

Completing "The Ale Association Challenge" quest unlocks the Ale Association Tavern Keep 11 quests.

Completing "Tainted Mug" quest unlocks "The Draught Drought" and " An Irritating Initiation" quests.
