The ways of the elder ages are not lost to all races yet. You may bring new inspiration to those whose Morale has been entirely depleted, reviving a defeated ally in combat.
Cost to Slot:  101 25

Player Entry
Rally! is an in-combat rez skill. Its base cooldown is 25 minutes. With Graceful Demeanor traited (use Enlivening Grace 100 times) its cooldown is 20 minutes. Traited with a maxed Legendary Item legacy, the cooldown can be under 15 minutes.
