Bio

Araran was born many years ago in Esteldin, however he cannot recount that portion of his life very well. When the Shadows began to grow in Angmar, Araran’s father Gadolin fled the North Downs and his kinsmen to the safe havens of Gondor. Araran was thrust right away into the life of war at a young age where he joined the Gondorian Army and fought valiantly in many campaigns. Finally his father told him his tale of how he fled his countrymen and Araran handed in his commission and ventured north to regain his families honor.

Joining the Green Company: After many years of searching for this elusive land known as Eriador, Araran came to Rivendell and was introduced to the Green Company on the behalf of the Lord Aragorn.

Gossip

  • Ardra: "Araran is... interesting. I can'ne say it was easy to forget the time he ate raw meat on Tinnudur. Nor the time he chased a fugitive over a waterfall. The lad does have a bit of a temper, and while that fierceness is of no small value in confronting forces of the enemy, I have heard rumor that more than one simple tavern patron or unknowing source of information has been caught in its wake. Yep... Araran is a good lad."
