Description

Towering 6' 2", Athildur puts himself at the front of battles, even when faced with greater and more powerful foes. Known to put his own life on the line to save a fellow member, Athildur is loved and well-received by most who meet him. He is a friendly fellow, always willing to join a quest if time permits, but must always keep his true goal of saving Middle-earth at the foremost of his thoughts.

Personality Description: Kind and generous, Athildur likes slaying monsters and long walks through deep mires where breekers stay. He trades rarely, preferring to sell his goods at auction or store, but has been known to swap for that item he really wants. He is a quiet, reserved man, speaking only when needed or when in the company of friends. And he loves to bash people who are talking nasty to others, and as of today has never been beaten in a smack-contest, as you cannot beat a man who agrees with every word you say.

Born and raised in the backlot town of Staddle, Athildur grew up aspiring to be a master Chef in the world of culinary arts. But, after a tragic accident left him unable to smell anything, Athildur decided to use his massive strength and height to better the world of Middle-earth.

A quiet and reserved fellow, Athildur disliked grueling and painful tasks, so he set off to save the world from the Witch-King of Angmar, as that was the easiest task available that day. He declined offers to bear the Ring and battle Sauron, and even refused a chance to meet Shelob in her lair.

There is no lack of literary information in Athildur as his loafing style has given him much used reading time while he is adventuring in the wilderness, or fast traveling between Bree and the Forsaken Inn. Favorites include, Star Wars, LOTR, The Wheel of Time, and A song of Ice and Fire.

If you ever meet Athildur, be prepared for a friend who will fight bravely at your side, spit witty one-liners at opportune times, and talk smack to the noobs who seem to be a prevalent problem in the Bree-land area.
