Description

Physical Description: Findurin is tall, yet not exceptionally broad in build. His long black hair is often pulled back and braided to keep it out of his way while hunting foes. When out in the field, he tends to wear Elven garb, in hues of dark green, umber, or black. He is fleet of foot, and loves to run, even when it is not necessary.

Personality Description: Often seeming cold and distant to those who do not know him, Findurin is actually quite cheerful and warm. Although slow to anger, it is a terrible thing to behold him once his ire has been raised. Quick to make his friends smile, he always keeps his spirits high when around those he knows.

Bio

Born in Lindon in the year 3218 of the Second Age. At the age of 212, he departed with the company of Gil-galad as an archer. He participated in the Battle of Dagorlad, and then in the siege of Barad-dûr, during which he witnessed the deaths of many who he knew. After the overthrowing of Sauron, he took to roaming the lands of Middle-Earth, perfecting his skill with the bow, and always hunting orcs. It was during these journeys that he took the surname Daefaron, or Shadow Hunter, in the common tongue. After many long years, he ended up in the Elven refuge of Edhelion, where he dwelt until the destruction of the refuge, around the year 2415 of the Third Age. Again, he started wandering the wilds, until he was sent back to the ruins of Edhelion by Elrond of Rivendell. Once his duties there were done, Findurin started fighting the forces of Angmar in earnest, realizing that once more, war had come to Middle Earth.
